Do Law Office, located in Lilburn, GA, is seeking a high-energy, Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at multitasking and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will serve as a vital link between our attorneys and our Vietnamese-speaking community, ensuring that every case is handled with the utmost care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Case & Document Preparation
- Legal Drafting: Assist attorneys in preparing legal forms, petitions, and specialized documentation.
- Administrative Support: Draft professional letters, invoices, and detailed reports for attorney review.
- Quality Control: Compile filing packages and perform rigorous audits to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission to courts or government agencies.
Client Communication & Support

Front Desk Management

- Call Handling: Manage a multi-line phone system; screen and route calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers in both English and Vietnamese.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Administrative & Case Support
- Intake Support: Assist with initial client intake paperwork and basic data entry.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and maintain attorneys’ office calendars.
- Mail Handling: Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and legal deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
