I.R. Visas

Such visas can only be obtained by the most immediate relatives of U.S. citizens. Some of these immediate relatives include a spouse, minor children who are not yet married, and parents.

F Visas

This sort of visa only applies to immediate relatives of green cardholders. It can also apply to distant relatives of United States citizens. In this type of visa, there is always a waiting period before entering the U.S. Moreover, there is a quota for the number of visas issued every year.

K Visas

A U.S. citizen can obtain this type of non-immigrant visa to allow their foreign fiancee or fiance to come to the United States to get married.
